Written release notes are provided to clients in advance of a scheduled update including descriptions of new features and testing suggestions using client specific data and system settings.

Free Test Server License
The IntelliTime software license agreement includes free licenses to install on a customer test server. Customer administrators can try out new releases and experiment with new features in a controlled environment, prior to migrating updates to the production environment.

Real Time Remote Access

All Enterprise clients provide a remote VPN or other secure connection to the IntelliTime server so our support staffs can respond immediately on site in real time to resolve any performance issues.
