Customer Support Representative
IntelliTime Systems Corporation, the leader in cost accounting and payroll data collection is seeking a software application support representative for our growing Orange County, California staff. This individual will provide expert level customer support, both over the telephone and in person. As an expert on our product you will assist sales representatives in preparing and performing product demonstrations to prospective clients, including configuring the product to demonstrate unique customer requirements for specific situations. During installations, you will provide training for customer administrative staff and users.
The ideal candidate has superior verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable speaking to groups. You have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality and find problem solving challenging rather than frustrating. A key requirement is the ability to translate verbal or written customer needs into product features through a detailed understanding of our product and the variety of flexible features that can be tailored to specific situations.
The successful candidate is either a recent college graduate with a Computer Science degree or has two years of related experience on multi-user software such as accounting, imaging or ERP systems. Requires familiarity with using Windows 2000/XP software and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 utilities is a major plus.
