For mobile employees such as work crews,
maintenance, landscaping, painting and other trades, the IntelliTime
Timecard scanning and fax solution is ideal. There is zero training
required for new hires. Users work with a pen and paper to complete
their timecard reporting requirements including start and stop
times, breaks, work orders, tasks, location, including labor,
material and equipment usage.
The documents are signed and then run through a high speed scanner
with an automatic document feeder, or faxed in from remote work
locations. Powerful neural network software then read the human
hand printed letters and numbers, eliminating 95% of the manual
data entry effort. The IntelliTime rule engine edits transactions
for correctness and the data is posted to the employee's timecard
in the IntelliTime server in minutes. |
